Light, Crispy, Crunchy, and Airy are just a few ways people typically describe freeze dried products.
I thought freeze-dried food is supposed to last for 25+ years. Why do you put a best before date on your products?
Freeze-dried foods such as fruits, vegetables and meals can last upwards of 25 years if stored correctly. However, freeze-dried candy/sweets typically doesn't last as long. Research has shown if stored properly, freeze-dried candy/sweets can last up to 10 years, though it's usually best enjoyed within 1-2 years! We do our best to prolong the shelf life of our products by utilizing good packaging, adding a moisture absorber, and heat sealing each individual bag!
How should I store freeze-dried products?
To maintain the quality of freeze-dried products, it is recommended to store them in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Once opened, resealing the packaging or transferring the snacks to an airtight container can help preserve their freshness.
Are your freeze dried sweets gluten-free or allergen friendly?
Our products vary. Please make sure to check individual product labels for detailed information regarding allergens and dietary restrictions.
